Sharepoint Training

sharepoint softwareInvestment in training benefits your organisation by encouraging adoption of technology internally, to drive increased productivity, collaboration and a positive company culture.

To ensure the full capabilities of SharePoint are leveraged, investing in training your intranet team is the first step. This investment benefits your business by encouraging adoption of the technology internally to drive increased productivity, communication and collaboration.

SharePoint’s success within an organisation is dependent on many variables, one being ongoing management. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how well developed and designed the digital workplace is, if the system isn’t consistently managed and updated this will likely impact adoption, and consequently the longevity of the platform. Through early training, the full capabilities of Office 365 and SharePoint are discovered, and the importance of frameworks such as intranet governance are introduced.

Out-of-the box, SharePoint comes with a vast suite of features that facilitate the ability to provide support and value to your business. But without an understanding of this technology, you may find yourself overwhelmed by the many features and SharePoint will be nothing more then a document repository (we have seen this many times). This doesn’t mean you need to be an expert in the technology, but having a base understanding will empower you to be more innovative and confident in your actions.

Time and again we have seen how SharePoint can drastically improve productivity and company culture through investment in early training, assigning dedicated roles and responsibilities to foster understanding of how to leverage the power of Office 365. We’re confident that our passion for SharePoint and the expertise of our Microsoft certified team will help you to introduce positive change in your organisation.
